We wanted to share a recent experience with you.
We were approached by a supplier to stock one of their items in our store. It was a great item and our customers would have loved it but it was wrapped in plastic. We discussed this with the supplier, telling them that unless it was plastic free we couldn’t stock it.
Several months later, that supplier back to us having found a way to supply the product without plastic packaging.
It is a small change, but it’s a good change.
